At Hibernus, we work tenaciously to preserve the health of the planet and that of our consumers. Being an organic and environmentally friendly company, all our vineyards are P.G.I. and our grapes are treated exclusively with natural products, avoiding the use of toxic pesticides.

All of our vineyards are planted on a south-facing hillside with a 12% gradation. This ensures that the grapes are sun-kissed all day long throughout the summer. This, combined with our stony soil, which allows water to drain well, creates the perfect environment for growing vines.

Curated by the hands of a renowned local winemaker, the journey of our wines, from vineyard to bottling, creates all the conditions necessary to achieve a sophisticated and environmentally conscious blend.
